這幾天不免俗
5~6顆肉粽+甜點🍮、蛋糕、水果、餅乾
拿鐵+炸地瓜+聚餐
吃好吃滿
身體直接還我體重

BMI 25.0
沒有氣酮
所以這一次要重新打掉重練,
試試看大概要多久才能再入酮?
