Alright, honestly, I'm not doing the Shangri La at all. I'm eating healthier, but not doing Shangri-La, so I can't actually say whether it works or not for me. It's dishhonest of me to even say I'm on that diet, though I intended to be, I'm not. I suppose I could start now. Wny is even such a simple thing as taking ELOO twice a day so difficult for me?

I find that I eat just fine during the day but that it's in the evening that my demons about food come, and I stuff myself. I may eat something very healthy, in a decent portion size, but then in 1/2 hour or an hour, I'll stuff myself with something else. It's not hunger. I'm not hungry. I'm stuffig emotions... boredom./ I'm thinkig, I deserve this, I deserve to cuddle up with myself and eat something yummy. But then the next day I look at my stomach and get disgusted and can't BELIEVE that THAT thing is my stomach! It's unfathomable! But it's true.
Will someone give me a boost and tell me that if I actually do the Shangri La (the oil rather than the water) that I will lose weight? Please? I need some motivation.
Other than that, I AM eating less, and healthier, but not seeing any results yet.

So whatI'm seeing is that you do well during the day and tehn binge in the evening. If I were you, I wouldn't worry about a morning dose of ELOO. Are you planning to take 2tbsp per day or 3? After a normal size dinner, wait an hour. You are strong and can manage an hour with no tastes. Then dose with a whole day's worth of ELOO. 2-3 tbsp all at once. I've found that for me, 1 tbsp 2-3 times per day does not have the strong lasting effect of 3tbsp all at once. So I dose when I feel that I'm most likely to be short on will power. Also, find something to do to relive stress and keep your hands busy so you don't eat from stress. Perhaps your reward for the day can be somethng non-food like a bubble bath or a movie or a good book. If you haven't read the book "I'd kill for a cookie" I recommend picking it up. Shangri-La can supress hunger but it can't concour stress eating. Only you can do that but Shangry-La helps elimiate the hunger. You can do it!

Thanks Merield for your comment! I think I'll try that... just taking the ELOO once a day in one dose. It will be a start at least, since I didn't even start before. This seems less daunting so I really appreciate that piece of advice!!
