This journey has taught me a few things. You can expect what you want from the body, and it does whatever it wants. I have lost weight when I damn well did not think I should, and vice versa. Now, I dont worry about it too much until its a week or two.
I am a bit worried about hitting a low this week, but I will grin and bear it. GRRR!
Yesterday went ok. I did eat some fruits and juice I normally do not. I say this as I am eating a banana. lol
I think my new bike it here, I saw some big packages heading to mailroom yesterday. If not I will be bummed. I have my tools just in case.

Fingers crossed that your bike arrives today JP! It's true about the expectations - there is no way to truly predict which day you will gain or lose weight, even when you know you did good or bad. I think all we can do is do good most of the time and reap the benefits when our bodies are ready to give it to us. :)
