Dammit I need to try even harder. Only 10 weeks until the wedding and still 7kgs to lose 😥 I am going to exercise from now on, that’s the only thing I haven’t done yet. Running Monday’s, Friday’s & Saturday’s & weight training on Wednesday’s. I need to get there else I’ll never forgive myself.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
