Ini sebenernya berat pas 14 mei 2018, setelahnya udah diet minum evoo, evco dan madu.

Belum nimbang lagi setelah exercise 2 hari. Zumba & aerobic

Belum lagi pas tgl 17 mei udh mulai bulan puasa dan coba lari tapi cuma 2x @30mins
85 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 37 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
