This hasn't been a good week for me...
I mean, I've been exercising, but not as much as I was previously.
I think the secret to losing these last 25-30 lbs is going to be in what I'm eating, rather than what I'm doing.
So I need to figure out my calorie intake and watch my portions very carefully...
