縮🐦胃4*好像沒有做到.只是沒撐過頭*
早 香蕉80+鳳梨80+蘋果100+苜蓿草0.5包+地瓜50+蔥蛋*3顆蛋
走路3公里有伴隨奔跑*永安漁港綠色走廊*
午 妹帶櫻花蝦肉粽“蛋黃一顆.瘦肉居多.香菇.百果”+地瓜100
嘴饞 炸芋頭餅好油
晚 小雞滷飯配菜醃白蘿蔔鹹
*能吃到飯好滿足😊

早 體重47.5體脂21.9
晚 體重48.2體脂20.1
