I have had terrible stomach ache since Sunday morning. Cannot work out why but have heard that there is a bug going around. I haven't been able to eat much so hence the weight loss. I am still not feeling 100% today so will take another part fast day and keep my liquids up 🤕🤒😔

96.7 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
