That time of the month :/ Evil, evil! But here I go on my 45th day of Insanity. Doing the Max Recovery workout today because I'm not much in the mood to be jumping around with these awful cramps. Tomorrow I'll do the Max Interval Plyo that was meant for today, here's to hoping I am cramp free by then.
