WooHoo the Old Man cooperates again! Yay. Did almost 6K steps on my walk this morning. Last night I may have hit 10K not sure. The pedometer reset itself but the last time I looked it was at 8K and I think it was not sitting properly and therefore did not count ALL of them anyway. Eating yesterday was fairly well. Dinner was a guesstimate as the Diary had no Crab and Artichoke dip so I used Spinach and Artichoke. But I had an awesome salad at home for lunch and a GRETA homemade smoothie for breakfast. I am FINALLY starting to feel better about my fruit and veggie intake. I was eating way too few for probably a year. So getting back in the habit and making sure I have stock and all that took a little while.

I still haven't gotten my battery for my trusty pedometer. Reminded by you post, I resolve to do that today. That way of guestimating your calories is very effective and useful, no need to be perfect with anything. Thanks for your support Sima and have a good day! :-)

dont you just hate when you lose the days steps cause of a battery messup or you hit the wrong buttons..lol..hey info when i buy batterys for my pedometer i usually buy a package of 2..an that way i have backups...so i dont have to do without my pedometer cause of a lack of battery...have a greatttttt day...way to go on all them steps sim...
