📌低碳生酮227天~65.2
趕快。。。離我原本的64.2
還有1公斤阿😭。。繼續努力
盡量自己煮,外食也挑一下
最近天氣涼。煮菜頭排骨補湯喝
加苦茶油超對味的
吃飯前會喝50cc的油
這樣可以少吃肉,減少膽固醇
65.2 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

有淋在菜上面 單純苦茶油加補湯喝 因為苦茶油有點苦呵

喝50cc?有點多ㄟ,是加淋在菜上的油50cc嗎?

扣除淋的,另外的油 沒有每天這麼吃 看當天的飲食變動 如果我有吃碳水多一點 就沒有另外50的油了
