Not happy with myself stayed the same no loss. I'm at that stage where I'm right i have lost weight now I can cheat no I CANNOT get a grip women stay on plan don't cheat.😢
62.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
