Well check out that gain! lol!
I KNOW my calories are in check and I have been running every day SO I can deduce rather confidently that I am retaining water ,like the titanic from that TOM. I definitely was not fully hydrated yesterday bcz I had to take my little on to the ER. I was worried about taking care of her all day and I barely had time to eat a protein bar.
It may be a little bit of muscle gain...I saw some great leg definition in the mirror yesterday. Im shooting for it in the hamstring and rear...and I get it in teh quad...go figure!
Anyway...I'm taking my own advice anad getting down 64oz of cranwater today and that should take care of it. Let's see where I am in 2 days and if it hasn't fallen off, we'll take a closer look.
Cal's the last 2 days have been in the 1200 range.
