Lost 4 pounds in 7 days! Woohoo!! Now, let’s see if I can keep up with my Keto diet while I’m on vacay for the rest of the month. Hoping I don’t lose all of my progress.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
