Learned something new yesterday. Apparently water with electrolytes is not necessarily a good thing at least not in large amounts ... I drink filtered water but just wanted to share that my friend did some research and apparently it can cause blood clots & other issues when consumed in excess amounts. Best practice might be just keep it simple with H20.😎
