:) So happy now the challenge comes the weekend is coming around that's my downfall about to do some P90x man who would think there would be an hour for legs and back :)..Workout accomplished and my energy level is much higher =) Just realized it took me a week to get back on track from last friday..so I'm hoping next Friday will be more of a decrease =) Good Luck Everyone =) Take Care.
