So my little one has a fever of 105. We took her in a few days ago and they said it's just viral. I had a free day yesterday and I did not work out. The water weight is falling off finally. I didn't really watch what I ate but I did watch portions. I think I more MET my caloric intake than stayed under yesterday. However, the previous 2 days were well regulated.
I will try and stay under today and hit my 122 mark by tomorrow. THEN, I should be back to where I was last week before the dreaded TOM ruined my progress.
That would mean 119 by week's end. It's so much easier to get really STRICT for a certain period of time than to just slowly lollygag your way down a bit...up a bit...down a bit more....BLAH BLAH!!
So here's to a week of lots of tuna and lots of spinach. Let's here it for PROTEIN!!! : )
