昨晚看世足,今早睡過頭沒量體重
早餐:無糖拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)、蘿美生菜沙拉+水煮蛋+胡麻醬
午餐:炒四季豆杏鮑菇、水煮蛋1顆、手工黑輪片*1、豬肉厚片*2、義美無糖綠茶400ml
下午茶:富士蘋果1顆、果汁軟糖6個
晚餐:菜豆、豆皮、鹹豬肉香腸、竹筍幾塊、寶寶粥2口
