Well I have found my motivation again! I realized this morning that my "diet" anniversary has come and gone and I have not reached my goal. In March of 2007 I weighed 238. Today I weigh 200. My goal is 180. That is only 20 pounds and if I can lose 38 pounds then whats another 20?!?

So I am writing my new goals:

1. Start journaling my food. Watch my points.
2. DRINK MORE WATER
3. Only weigh myself once a week! (I was weigning myself everyday and then not at all).
4. GET MY HUSBAND ON BOARD!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I find that having mini goals to look at each day motivates me more..and all that you have are good goals to get into a routine of doing..especially gettin your hubby on same program..make it easier on you to cook meals..and less temptations to stop your progress..

Anniversaries are really helpful - Look at how far you have come, though! If you hadn't even tried last year, not only would you not have lost the 38 pounds, you may have even gained this past year! You should easily be at your goal weight by this time next year and then you will look back and know what you can only believe now... That you CAN DO THIS! Congrats on a great year!
