Not weighed in for a while as I have come off antidepressants after losing three family members in the last few years. So I found myself since coming off the tablets that I was swapping tablets for sweet stuff. I now feel i should take things slow and not be so critical of myself when I fail because I am now drug free. I was not going to share the fact that I take tablets but feel this is part of my healing being brutally honest. I know there are lots of people out there taking tablets so if I can do it you can to.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

All the best with your goal and it's a brave thing to admit what you perceive as a weakness ... although taking tablets isn't one. Sometimes we need them to help us through bad periods. I take some for high blood pressure but hope to stop soon as I'm losing weight. Take care!
