嘗試16/8的間歇斷食法後 體重總算降了
但是體脂肪有沒有掉就不知道了
接下來一個禮拜會恢復正常吃飯的時間
也會增加有氧量
50.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
