早餐:櫻桃8顆/小富士蘋果1顆
午餐:海寶飯店(生魚片、烤鴨、蒸魚、鮑魚、鹽焗蝦2尾、涼拌海蜇皮、炸龍蝦杏鮑菇、雞湯+雞腿肉1碗、水果、薑汁豆花2碗、蘿蔔絲餅2口、西瓜汁)
晚餐:東石漁港附近吃(烤蚵仔3顆、蝦子1隻、炸蚵酥6個、炒飯1小碗、蚵仔麵線2小碗、炒青菜)
59.6 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
