📌低碳生酮250天~64.4(-15.5)
中午沒菜吃,又不夠油險得好餓
一直找東西吃,吃生酮麵包😊
吃杏仁糕20克。晚上去嘉義
到高跟鞋騎車,吃炸海鮮都是粉類
還吃泡麵/地瓜/炒飯••都吃3口😆
