Aujourd'hui, c'est le quatrième jour de ma perte de poids, je peux voir clairement que mon visage se rétrécit et que mon corps a changé, je dois travailler plus fort et ajouter de l'exercice à mon plan de perte de poids.
57 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
