Slept well, up at 8:30 to get ready to go to TOPS. Gained 1/2 pound.. Went to bilo and Walmart and home. Is dark and cloudy and the thunder is rumbling as per normal in the pm of SC.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
