It has been so long since I have made advancement in my weight loss journey; I have decided to post my weight more frequently than once a week so that I can be more aware of what I am NOT doing!!! I got this idea from fellow/gal fs member.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I weigh myself every morning, but only record it once a week. SBD recommends that you only weigh once a week, but I feel I need that *sneak peek* every day! We'll see how it works for you!

I find that the more i clock into fatsecret, the better I do. Its the best reminder that you are on a diet! Good luck!
