Okay I'm not going to freak out. My weight is going up but my clothes are fitting better and I am still comfortably down one pant size. I do believe my weight gain is because I have been going to the gym regularly. I'm hitting the weights and cardio hardcore...So I decided to start measuring myself to get a truly accurate picture. I'll do that for a couple of weeks before I get worried. I have been absolutely starving this week and I'm hoping that's because I'm burning fat. I have been eating plenty and really don't think I'm starving. Maybe my body is just starting to fight back...tricky thing. I'm going to win though! I want this year to be the year of the incredible shrinking Sally. Anyhoo...here's my measurements:

bust-37 waist-42 calf-18 arm-15 thigh-26

Come on numbers...prove me right and go down next week!!! PLEASE :)
103.0 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 39.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

When you increase your exercise, you can increase your appetite. You might try uping your protein a bit. It helps keep you fuller, longer. Great job and great attitude!
