what a week!after a bit of a disaster quickly got back on track thanks to amazing support at fatsecret. delighted to record another 2lb weight loss

61.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg. Still to go: 4.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.9 kg a Week
