sudah defisit kalori sebulanan lbih + olahrga WO sama hiit cardio / cardio smggu bbrpa kali, tangan pipi kaki kecilan tpi perut masih buncit 😭😭😭😭 ada yg bsa ngasih solusi?

Clean food, less stress, enough rest, weight lift, and patience. Flattening abs takes time. :)
