Huaaaaa belakangan nyoba2 makan nasi tapi max bgt di meal time 1x sehari itu 7sendok. Dan tadi sore dibikinin mie goreng indomie sm mertua. Pdhl dah cape2 nihh nurunin 9kg. Tapi zumba jalan terus 😩 aman ga sihhh? buah ✅ sayur kurang nih
