Okay, I gained 5 pounds. I quit the gym because I couldn't afford it and I was in a wedding and literally didn't have time with all the stuff the bride wanted/needed us to do. So, here I am. I haven't been this close to 180 in a LONG TIME and I'm repulsed. I'm going on WW strictly and doing this. Now is the time and my pants are tight which means I HAVE TO do it now. No more excuses, no more fried food...I CAN DO THIS.
I need to start holding myself accountable for the things I'm eating. No more "treats" even after I've gone over my points and no more saying "Oh I'll start tomorrow."
I'm meeting an old friend today after work and we're going walking. I realize it's 1000 degrees in PA right now but I can't use that as an excuse.
