My allergies are kicking my a$$ too. I need to get off this couch but on a good note, nothing, I mean nothing had entered my mouth since last night... so I guess I've been SDF for 14 hrs 9 minutes now. YESSSS!!!!

I know what you mean Rosio. But I am fine, actually I feel pretty good mentally, I have planned ahead my meals for 3 days. And I have pretty good choices, the right amount of protein and vegetables and fruits. I am going to break to my exercise routine tomorrow. 1700 calories per day.

I don't like all or nothing, a well balanced eating is my thing , in order to lose weight I should eat 1200 or so, but I want to continue with 1700, I did lose 0.4 in a month, that was pretty good because I know I have gained muscle . The OMAD week was just a mentality thing.

I think 1700 is good with weight training your body should lose fat and gain muscle...believe in the process and be patient 😉

Well you know you didn't gain 4lbs of fat in one day :) I know people fast for various reasons, but when I fast for weight loss I was able to not gain any weight on a refeed by keeping my carbs below 20. However, I (still!) have a LOT of fat 'to work with'. So, your body may totally be different.
