banget.. tapi akuu belom konsisten sii.. jendela makan kadang 6 jam kadang 8 jam... tergantung ada acara enggak ... tpi dibarengin defisit kalori kaloo aku mah... dan alhamdulillah turun nya juga rumayan sii

diet if+clean eating+exercise : mengurangi ketagihan buat ngemil krn waktunya terbatas mending mkn yg sehat, diet lebih mudah aja sih nurunin berat bdn, sm bonus perut rata
