So it is true what they say and I never believed it - when you turn 30 losing weight is a lot harder as your metabolism slows down - I thought ya right, hahaha and here I am experiencing it first hand. At least I'm still losing, very slow but getting there. 1 day at a time!Instead of focusing on the next month I concentrate and focus on the 24 hours in a day.
