Iseng nimbang habis gym td (jam 6 sore). Kok BB 51,5kg ya??? Pdhl bru kmrn gue sharing BB stuck, lah ini turun. Semoga bukan massa otot yg turun, tp emang lemak ya badanku. Aamiin. Nyobain saran tmn2 FS utk hiit cardio. Jd stiap gym,first main beban baru di akhiri hiit cardio yg gk terlalu lama si (treadmill kec. Maksimal 2menit 4set). Semoga tetap konsisten dan mencapai bodygoal. Aamiin. Bismillah
