5lb loss in week 1. Eating veggie, and calorie counting. Hopefully I'll keep it up, another 60-70lbs and I'll be chuffed.
117.8 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
