Today was my only day off from work. I didn't do much outside of resting up for the overtime I'm about to put in. I only ate once yesterday. Not because I want to starve or anything, I simply wasn't hungry until about 7pm (should I be worried about that?). It wasn't the best meal in the world either -- chicken nuggets & tater tots with ketchup and cherry diet pepsi followed by a run to Dairy Queen for a Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard with no pecans and double brownies (I know, I know...). I'm shocked I lost anything at all, but I'm grateful as well. Hopefully I'll counteract the lousy meal choice by stepping up my pace at work tonight. Here's to another day of stair climbing and brisk 8 mile walks.

most studies seem to show that your metabolism is slower in the evening. so it might be better to make yourself eat more in the morning so that you're not as hungry at night. just a thought, but everyone's different and you seem to be losing anyway! good luck and stay away from those chicken nuggets and blizzards! ;)

I noticed that when your body is used to a restricted diet, hunger goes down, ALOT... Dr. Oz on Oprah said that it's because your body is getting used to burning fat you have stored rather than trying to get you to eat more for the energy it needs. So don't worry about it!
