They say slow is good. Right?

Nah, I know I've had a slow week or two, with late snacking and less activity. I can't promise the world, but I did walk more in the last two days than recently.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
