3 hari turun 0.6 kg. Alhamdulillah makin semangat. makan di atas BMR di bawah tdee. asupan perhari rata2 1900 kalori. BMR = 1750 dan tdee = 2450. olahraga angkat beban dan bersepeda.
82.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
