So the smoke has a profound effect on me, it must have my worst nightmare allergens in it. Have had three sets of mini flues, the can’t eat exhausted hip hurting chills fever flies. Couldn’t exercise so I guess I excelled at intermittent fasting this week.

You live in the NW? It’s been brutal with all the smoke. Everyone is getting sick. Praying for rain and Oregonians don’t often pray for rain.

They (media) finally did help people who have to filter the air indoors, a first I have seen in 15 years kind of help.

I think the smog should be posted by particulate, with ingredients. Yucky color doesn’t say enough. I was thinking I need a giant lawn sprinkler, Thin mist 300 ft high, that might bring it to ground, but as toxic as it is , that may not be a good idea either.
