今天不誇張。整天的食物真的太多了
中午吃便當菜因為量不多
所以做三層肉蒸蛋吃
還沒蒸好,公公送來一包食物
#泰國蝦 #涼拌雞腳 #烤雞
超高蛋白質😆
所以我吃了一半蒸蛋一半蝦
其他都冰起來了!!!晚餐就簡單吃
牛肉配燙青菜+鹽酥三角骨
接著看電影了😊 #小孩不在偷得一點閒
63.9 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
