My weight loss seems to be slowing down. When I first cut way back on carbs the weight came off so fast! Now I need to step up my exercise!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
