A few scales issues, not entirely certain of start weight at this point. So, currently 265lbs, and aiming fot around 196lbs.
120.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good luck you and I have the same amount too lose so I feel you, I have been in strict calorie counting for three weeks going slow but still going, been away this weekend so not been great fingers crossed for weigh in day. Keep positive and just keep going.

go for it I've done 245lbs to 195lbs in 8 months. calorie counting but not low calorie food. use this app and calculate the calories you need to stay at the weight you are and then cut them by 500 calories. cut out snacks but treat yourself now and then. all I did was walk a lot and cycle. first 2 stone are easy but then its hard but its a life style change not a diet! slowly slowly catchy monkey I say. give yourself a year to get to your goal and you'll do it easy. I ate crap and didn't move for years, if I can do it you can. all in the mind good luck
