午餐:胚芽吐司三片+花生醬三匙+可樂咖啡300cc
晚餐:白飯一碗+涼拌小黃瓜+司目魚+香菇蛤蠣雞湯
外加檸檬餅乾+梳打餅乾+仙楂餅
飽餐一頓後量體重
