These last 2 weeks have been so hard with logging everything in. My eating and exercise have slipped a little too. Between a sick baby and not getting any sleep, I think carbs were my go to for energy. I actually ate 2 pork chops last night. WTF!!! They thin but still - after I ate the 2nd I realized a better choice would've been a yogurt or come cantaloupe and blackberries. I felt a little bad about it, but I'm feeling better today.
I hope to get my exercise back on track this week. Yoga class was cancelled today, but I got my other stuff in so I feel a little good.
This so challenging. Losing weight after baby number one wasn't this hard, but then again I was 12 years younger and wasn't working so I had more time to devote to it. Here's to doing what I can and not stressing about it!
