I'm only going to weigh myself once a week, Monday is my weigh in day, although it's tempting to do it more often. I'm really enjoying having kefir for breakfast, some are more tasty than others though. I don't feel anywhere near as bloated and I've barely farted in 2 weeks!! Too much info perhaps.
95.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
