Wow, i did it i got under 200 by my big birthday tomorrow!! I am sooooo pleased, I just need to make sure i dont blow it by eating too much over the next couple of days.
I did have to work hard though, I did follow plan closely but had some wine in addition. It was so worth giving up my daily banana fix! Have done lots of walking this week too. I really didnt think Id be able to make it. Yipee.
