proper accurate weight.....was in a medical facility today and they had a pucker accurate scale. in dialysis unit.....few pounds up on what I thought I was but nothing to get in a fuss over

81.0 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg. Still to go: 2.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 3.5 kg a Week

Always weigh on the same set of scales. My nurse told me that different sets can have up to a 5lb discrepancy!
