減肥久了,昨晚逛夜市聞到香味都無感了
下午出門去萬丹吃飯,2個紅豆餅下肚後晚餐牛肉爐居然還可以吃這麼多,肚子好能裝啊我!
明天體重好可怕(掩面)

早餐:拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)1/2杯/藍莓一些
午餐:里歐早午餐拼盤(烤丹麥吐司1/2片/炸豬排1份/薯條2/3份/蛋沙拉2/3份/無糖綠茶)/水煮蛋1顆
下午茶:萬丹紅豆餅(芋頭口味2/3顆、紅豆1顆)
晚餐:萬丹街頭牛肉爐(牛肉半斤約吃2/3盤/蚵仔5個/玉米2塊/燕餃3個/香菇1朵/蝦子3隻、豆皮1片、小捲1塊、起司球2顆,有沾沙茶醬)
宵夜:潮州冷熱冰1/2份
