午餐:芥藍炒牛肉/炒綠花椰菜2/3顆、玉米筍、牛梅花肉片、木耳/無糖綠茶
下午茶:小蘋果1顆
晚餐:炙燒雞腿排丼飯(飯1/2份、烤雞腿排1份、溏心蛋1顆、泡菜)
